Need a boost to get unstuck?
Did you know that Trojan Health Strategies now produces a monthly communications called, BoosterED? Yes, I will admit it—its a funny name, but one with a personal connection.
BoosterED is a reflection of interests in space and health. I have always been enamored with space travel, even interning at NASA as a high school student. Later on, after having watched so many relatives succumb to cancer, I pivoted to focusing on supporting the commercialization of and access to pharmaceutical innovations across many therapeutic areas. BoosterED is a double entendre that marries both of those interests with the idea of uplift, strengthening and supporting people as they effect change in healthcare.
Change models require clarity on what needs to be done differently, a belief that the new behavior is possible, and the incentive to want to repeat that behavior and time to allow the new behavior to become normalized. Many factors can remove or add to the friction of each of those prerequisites. BoosterED content hopes to share ways to exploit the agents that remove friction and blunt those that impede the rate of progress.
